Weather Station for your Garden

One of the innovative pieces of the Smart Garden System is the addition of the new SwitchDoc Labs WeatherRack2 wireless sensor array.   The Smart Garden System Raspberry Pi uses a SDR (Software Defined Radio) to read the 433MHz signals coming from the sensor array and then stores the weather data on your Raspberry Pi and shows the data in a nifty new display.  You can read the following data:
  • Wind Speed
  • Wind Direction
  • Rain Fall
  • Barometric Pressure
  • Inside/Outside Temperature and Humidity
  • Sunlight
  • UV Levels
